Quick snd efficient.

Everything through the whole process was easy from scheduling to payment to waiting for the service to be completed. Carpet feels like it did when it was brand new. No residual chemical feeling left over. I was at wits end with companies that advertise on the radio actually providing good service. Zerorez finally delivered.

On time and professional. No upselling or unpleasant surprises. The result of the work is outstanding, even though our carpet is more than 15 years old. There are still areas of wear, but overall, the job is superb. I don't recommend many companies but I have great confidence in Zerorez.

Pet odor eliminator worked great. I like the lack of other chemicals.. we had an awesome tech who was not pushy and was very knowledgeable. I found him to have a professional attitude and strong work ethic.

I was a little nervous being a single mom with a 3 year old to have a stranger in my home for the first time since this pandemic started. I received a text the day before as a courtesy and a 35 minute warning before the expected arrival time the day of my appointment. (My window was from 2-6pm and he came around 215pm) The cleaner, Evan was such a pleasure to have in my apartment. He wore a mask upon arrival along with booties on his shoes. He was very detailed in his description of what products they had to offer, what he was going to do as far as pricing and how he could help remove a couple of stains that just drove me crazy looking at every day! I am looking at my carpets now and am very pleased with the work completed. This company is courtesy and also chatted with me just like we were long time friends! Talk about customer service.

My carpets were brand new when the technician left! He did an outstanding job and would highly recommend Zerorez again!

Five year old carpets look like new! Stains and "wear spots" are gone. Service was scheduled for 8 to 10 am. Received txt at 7:30am that technician would arrive in 40 minutes. They were here at 8:10 - right on time. The two techs were done and out by 9. During the cleaning they were pleasant and answered all questions. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Floors look nice bit the grout isn’t as clean as I thought it would be...
