The employee who arrived at my home was very respectful and amazing at his job. He educated us on tile and grout as well as best ways to keep a carpet clean.

The technician was very nice and the work was completed quickly. There are some stains in the carpet that were not able to be removed. The technician indicated he used a pre-treatment on those spots, but they still did not come up.

The price was a bit higher than anticipated. The tech said the lady on the phone put “sealing” for the hallways which is a lower price than tile cleaning. So it went from $365 to $445. Not sure if I believed that. Overall, I don’t think it should have been that much as I was getting quotes for much lower from other businesses
