I think the techs were awesome. I feel the pricing was high to keep added rooms from a house. It wasn't a move out, so no furniture had to be moved. It was going around objects.

Technician said it would take an hour for both Lazyboy recliners. He was done within less than 1/2 an hour. 8:12 began and completed 8:40. I spoke to him just mentioning “I thought it would take and hour, as I am touching the headrest and mentioned to him as well, “it’s already dry. The gentleman on the phone to confirm my appointment didn’t have my space # good thing I spoke with him, he informed chairs usually take 2-4 hours. I made plans to go to a friends and there was no need to because I was able to sit on the recliners within 15-20 minutes. I did not notice the 1 year Lazyboy any newer look than when I called for the appointment.
The technician was professional and answered all my questions. I prefer to use a water cleaning method rather than a chemically based solution. I had no residual smell or feel to the carpet. Great service.
Qualified friendly worker
Friendly professional hard-working personnel.
1) Stains came back day after carpet was cleaned.
2) I was charged $100 more than quoted.
3) I was asked if I wanted the extra “pet protectant” The example provided to me was a total gimmick! Sure it works on a tiny pad in your hand when you pour blue Gatorade on it, not the same as dog urine.
The tech was great, she was very friendly, respectful, and professional and answered all of our questions. We will definitely use your services again.
I like the way my carpets look and feel after Zerorez visits. The three times I've had them out, the techs have been polite, clean and attentive. I have always had a positive experience.

Great service the final cleaning was perfect
The services quick and easy. We have a 3200 sq. ft house and they came in at 8 am shampooed the carpets and cleaned the tile, even our walk in shower walls and were out by 11am. including the protection treatment. The carpet was to crunchy and totally clean. We will definitely use them again.
First our tech was very polite and professional. However, we were disappointed to be told some of the stains in our carpet couldn’t be removed because they were oil based. How does our tech know that when the stains were in the bedroom next to a bed in swirling lines and we certainly aren’t using oils or spilling greasy foods or substances. We have had carpets cleaned before in other states and never had that statement made. I used a a Rainbow vac 4 days later and was surprised how dirty the water was in the canister. Now I know this is Az., but seemed like a fair amount of dirt compared to when I vacuumed before the cleaning. Two adults in the home basically quarantining, no shoes, and no windows open. I can’t confidently recommend Zerorez.
