On time , friendly, clean carpets that I thought would not come clean!

I had most of my house (mostly tile & some carpet) cleaned. Colton did fantastic work. We did have a small area he missed, about a quarter of my dining room. Today Jeff came back to clean the missed area. He also did a fantastic job. Both Colton & Jeff did not rush and took time to answer all our questions.
I am happy with the carpet cleaning.

Ernie was masked and friendly through out the operation. He did an excellent job on the bedroom chair. I t had not been cleaned in years and looks brand new.

I was disappointed with the results.I thought a bit more effort could have been put forth on the heavily traveled areas of the carpet. I like the process but when there are areas that are dirtier than others than put forth the extra effort and maybe additional cleaner to remove more of the dirt in those more traveled areas. I understand there are times when the carpet is just worn out but if extra effort and the service don't meet normal expectations then a repeat customer is not likely to occur.
there are areas that the carpet looks like it has waves in it. just disappointed in the results.

Zerorez did a great job cleaning my carpets. J.D., The technician, took the time to make sure to work on "heavy traffic areas". And he gave me ideas of how to get the carpet softer and get rid of even more odor out of the carpets.
He also checked in with me several times to make sure I was happy with results. I woudl give them and A+ and recommend JD and Zerorez to anyone!
I have used other services and hands down Zerorez exceeded my expectations. I like the up front honest estimates, the communication on service, the professional techs. To top it off both my carpet and tile looked new, without the dirt showing back up upon drying. My carpet was not crunchy. I even took pictures as I was impressed at how good it came out.
