The technician was knowledgeable and efficient
The gentleman that clean dark carpet was very professional an extremely nice. We are in a rental and there were still a lot of stains from the previous tenants. He was able to get most everything out! We were very pleased.

The tile AND the grout are clean and the carpet is not crunching after it dries. The technician is knowledgeable and didn’t miss any detail. The Zerorez water is also great for cleaning all over the house - cleans appliances without streaks.
My tiles are looking brand new again!! I will chose zeroez any day!

Calcium white areas appeared in several places on the grout. We recommend the tech bring a product to remove those spots.

They are thorough and go above and beyond for their customers. They cleaned 15+ year grout and left it lighter than we imagined.
