The carpet is very crunchy under bare feet. Ii took overnight to dry and I don’t remember the carpet being that wet the last time I had it done. I bought very soft carpet 5 years ago but this time it is crunchy after a shampoo.

Zerorez water used to clean carpet and furniture is safe and natural. Dion, who cleaned and treated our carpet and area rugs was professional, polite, respectful, considerate and friendly. He took the time to explain the Zerorez process, the equipment and protective stain resistant treatment recommended by Zerorez. Dion answered all or questions and the work he did met all expectations.
When it's time to have our carpets cleaned again we will call Zerorez and ask to have Dion do the work.

Our technicians, Richard and Paul, were on time and got right to work. The carpet looks better, but not quite as good as I hoped. They said it was due to carpet fiber damage, so not much to be done about that. It took longer than 6 hours for the carpet to dry completely. They tried to clean up, but our tile floors were a mess when they left.

Service was great. Dalonn was professional, courteous, and efficient.

The carpets looked better in some areas but worse in others. Where there was a small stain in the living room became 5 times larger. Maybe it was pulled up from the pad underneath. The high traffic areas looked better but not as clean as I had hoped.

Overall, I was very pleased with the job, price and experience. Improvement can be made in two areas: I was not contacted before the arrival. I was told that I would be contacted via driver approx half hr. before arrival. The driver indicated that your office texts the arrival time. In my case, neither happened. It was no big deal because I was prepared. Secondly, there were a couple corners behind doors and edges which were incomplete. I took care of this using carpet cleaner and a brush. It was not enough of an issue to call you guys because it took me only about 15 minutes to address it.

I will again use your company when the need arises.
