The technician was absolutely amazing!!! The services performed were really fabulous. Unfortunately, your pricing was WAY too high, ridiculously expensive. I believe I estimated the square footage incorrect & was expecting to pay about $250.

Now that I know the correct square footage I received additional quotes from 2 of your competitors & it appears that their pricing is much much less.

I can’t believe how clean the grout came out. It looked brand new when the technician was done. The carpets came out phenomenal as well.

This was the first time using Zerorez here in Arizona. I am amazed at the transformation of my carpet and how nice it looks. The stains and dirty walking paths are now clean. The technician did such a nice job and was also very nice and polite. I was familiar with the company from using their services many times in California. I was always extremely satisfied with the service and excellent customer service and polite and courteous technicians that did a thorough and wonderful job in California and once again extremely satisfied with Zerorez here in Arizona!

Trey did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets; they look brand new!! The carpeting dried very quickly (less than 8 hours) and there was no musty smell afterwards as we’ve experienced with other carpet cleaners. We are very satisfied with the quality of the carpet cleaning!
