I was very happy with the service provided by Joshua G with Zerorez. He ensured the area for the rug was clean before beginning. Joshua thoroughly cleaned my rug and gave me some tips for taking care of it. He was prompt, efficient and professional. I will call Zerorez when I need carpet or rug cleaning services.

I’m always delighted that Zerorez technicians will go to a vacant house, assess things need to be done and call to verify what we’d like done. They call when the work is completed, lock up the house and our clients come home to a clean home ready for move-in!!

Our technician Terry H was very informative, courteous? To me your company seems to be very well run, starting with making the appt. There is one pet stain he did not quite get out , it was there for awhile did not notice until the next day when carpet was dry and vacuumed When he was done and left you could not see it. Thanks

I usually use Oxi Fresh, I assumed you were a competing product so I decided to give your service a shot. You had to run a hose outside leaving the front door open, you left our floors very wet in comparison and on top of that I didn't like the smell, did not smell clean at all. Plus you tried to charge me $35 to remove a tough stain when Oxi will do it free plus they leave you a bottle of their stain removal formula at no additional charge. For exactly the same price your service is inferior in just about every way.
