Your carpet techs are professional and clean. Love the special water so that the carpets dry quickly and are cleaner.

I've used Zerorez for carpet and furniture cleaning for several years and have always been satisfied. I also purchase the 5gal jug of "Empowered Water"cleaning fluid and use it almost exclusively for countertops, glass and stainless steel surfaces. It is amazing, especially on mirrors and glass.

My carpet looks the same I am use to having a different look and feel after previous cleanings , I have spoken to someone already about coming back out to our home but I feel it would be the same result.

Great, friendly technicians. Clean carpets WITHOUT soap that gets left in the carpet. Clean tile and grout that looks like new. The technicians wore covers on their shoes, cared about not leaving a mess and did a great job. Will never use anyone else!

I have used ZeroRez for years but my most recent experience was not great. Technician arrived at my door without a mask. Didin't wear booties because he said he was going in an out a lot. Consequently I have spent time today wiping has dirty boot marks from my laminate floors. He didn't do one corner of my kitchen because my trash can was there. I forgot to move it. All he had to do was ask me to move it or simply move it himself. Overall, not a great experience.

I paid for industrial pet urine removal and in looking at my carpet with the black light it is all over the place still. The representative that came the last time before this guy, removed all of the signs of pet urine And was excellent. I want him to come out! I’m Very disappointed and feel cheated. I need someone to come out here again and do my living room correctly thoroughly immediately. Phone number removed
