I think the service is good but a little overpriced.
I’m not sure if it’s just not possible or the tech didn’t clean it thoroughly but I had told him about some pet urine stains. I had cleaned them with a solution to eliminate the smell but the stains were still there. I pointed them out and asked him to please try and get up the stains.
After the carpet dried, the stains still are still there. He didn’t mention any issues with the removal so I was surprised to see them.

After drying, I found that the high pile of our rugs is different from my previous ZeroRez jobs. It appears that the pile is clumped together in small bunches, and repeated vacuuming doesn’t Seem to help it’s appearance. Does the protection material cause this?

My 13 yr old carpet literally looks like new again. Other professional services
that use different processes left high traffic areas still dingy. The carpet loft has
been restored and there is no chemical odor. I will definitely use this Zerorez

Our tech, Deion?, was absolutely fantastic! He was extremely detailed when it came to the cleaning of our carpet and sectional. He made sure to educate us regarding products and services and was professional. Best of all he had a great attitude! He was so kind and friendly and we loved just talking to him during the service. I would definitely recommend zerorez and specially use our same tech.
Your technician Aaron cleaned the tile in one room the concrete floor in the hall and two rooms two couches and a large carpet space perfectly

Our tech was prompt and pleasant.....But she should have had better training due to the fact that after the job was done, there was so much moisture in our house that the A/C couldn't keep up with it. I discovered water dripping from the air return in the hallway. Our unit was serviced just a few days prior, so it was working well.
It took several hours for the carpet to dry, I assume due to the fact there was so much water left. A fast job, but a little too fast.
The very reason we chose your company is past experience with the low residual moisture.

While the techs were very friendly and helpful, the MBR carpet doesn't look (or smell) any better than it had. Guess I was expecting more. Especially for $150 for 3 small rooms.
