I recently had my carpets cleaned and my tile cleaned and sealed. This was done on two separate visits. The technicians did a terrific job. I am pleased with the outcome. Aside from a small nick in the drywall of my half bath, the technician was thorough and detail oriented. My tile floors look brand new after 10 years old, and no more dirty grout. The carpets are fluffy and smell clean! I have already shared with my friends to go to Zerorez.

I was surprised that wearing masks wasn't part of your routine. We live in a 55+ community that has been hit with COVID 19. Other companies require masks. Stanley Steamer requires masks, so I will likely go to them next time. Our cleaner was friendly and professional, but he sneezed in our house and it wasn't a covered sneeze. My husband is very high risk. Wear masks please. It is basic science.

Quality of work and product

After it was all said and done i do not see the difference from other carpet cleanings.

Carpets look great! Your tech didn’t come in with a black light and start telling me about all the stains he couldn’t remove. Instead he asked which rooms he would be cleaning and got started. Great experience. You’ve got a customer for life here!!

Anthony did an awesome job! He was professional and friendly! Our carpets are pretty old, but now they look new! So many stains are gone now, and it didn’t leave our carpets feeling crunchy and wet for hours. Our tile looks bright and shiny, too. It made our whole house look fresh and clean!
