The tech, Westin, was very professional and knowledgeable. He asked appropriate questions related to stains in the carpet and treated them as needed. The carpet looked better than expected when done. I will definitely call Zerorez next time and I’ll ask for Westin!!

They are okay
This is the second time I’ve given Zerorez a chance and was sorely disappointed. We had a bad experience with the technician in our home with no booties on his dirty shoes and no mask, using our restroom. And the cleaning did not make any noticeable difference. We paid extra for the protectant which absolutely has not worked. (Two stains already on the couch and will not scrub off).

The serviceman did a great job cleaning a very dirty carpet. He was very careful with furniture, efficient and very fast. I’m pleased with the results, and the cost was reasonable.
Technician was professional and friendly. But seems company does not do an extra inch beyond 3 rooms, even hallway connecting 3 rooms, which is just small 8feet by 3 ft area is not covered. Stairs I understand, there is lot of work. Over the years had so many companies that cleaned carpets in AZ, MI, Chicago, Tennessee. Every single one of them covered hall way.

I really was happy with how things were, the only struggle I had is when the carpet dried there were some "crunchy" spots where the pet treatment was done. We felt like we could still smell some pet urine after as well.
