I have used your services multiple times over the year. The job gets done right, the staff are courteous and helpful, and I have recommended Zerorez many times to others.
Just disappointed that the entire house smells like dog urine now. The last time we had my dads carpet cleaned, the tech let my dad know that he'd detected animal urine and my dad gave him permission to use whatever is needed for that. No one mentioned anything this time and nothing was used. While trying to sell the house, we are running across so many complaints of the carpet smelling.
My carpet, which hadn't been cleaned in over 3 years, looks fabulous after our first no harsh chemicals cleaning from Zerorez. The booking process was easy, and the man who came to clean was on time, respectful and did a great job. We will be calling soon to get other rooms cleaned.

Can’t make it up. Not even going to tell you why I was disappointed. But you guys should really look at how your service has gone down hill over the last 5 years.
Technician did an excellent job. Provided a detailed explanation of what he would do, and what results we could expect. Took his time, did excellent work and when he was finished our carpet looked like new.

Had my carpets cleaned on 9/1 didn’t look clean when I saw them this AM. New guy came today 9/2 what a difference! He did an amazing job, should have been done right the first time. It’s frustrating when someone has to come back and redo the job that should have been done the correctly the first time
Every time we have used Zerorez, they have provided excellent service, and this latest visit was not exception. Dylan and another rep visited this time. They were quick and polite. They got out all of our stains and applied carpet protection. Our rugs look fantastic! I would highly recommend Zerorez.
