I scheduled because my older dog had an accident on the carpet- I paid extra for the extraction and I can still smell urine! Over $300 for one small room

I love how my carpet feels after they are cleaned. They stay clean since they aren’t using soap to clean. This is the only company I would use to clean my floors.
The service pros are always friendly, polite and clean. They ask sufficient questions regarding any high traffic areas and spots and what will be done to address those areas. I especially like my cleaned carpets dry soft and not “crunchy.”

Love that there are no chemicals! I would say it's the best carpet cleaning service we've ever used, and we've been using Zerorez for probably 3 years now. Friendly employees, great communication and very thorough.

Pre-Service Follow-up: Very good; Zerorez sent a reminder text a few days in advance, and another when the technician was dispatched to our property
Technician: Very conscientious requesting where to park on the property, and took the time to review the project versus what I ordered online, making adjustments to the order. For this visit, we had a unique request of cleaning a pre-owned RV (carpets, furniture, cushions). Technician was left in the RV to do her magic and called me when finished to inspect the work and provide some of her findings before putting on the final protectant on the furniture, cushions & carpet. She treated our property with great respect.
On the multiple times that we have had them in our personal home, rental properties, and now our RV, we are extremely satisfied and will refer them without any hesitation.

Our rental home was destroyed by pet urine. Zero res was able to restore the carpet to look almost new and no smells! The guy worked hard to ensure that our carpet was in mint condition. Two weeks before this happened they did our current home and we have been very happy and thankful

I really was happy with how things were, the only struggle I had is when the carpet dried there were some "crunchy" spots where the pet treatment was done. We felt like we could still smell some pet urine after as well.
