Was called at 2:00 and asked if I could allow Zeroez to come early. I said I would be home at 3:00. Waited, waited, waited, called Zeroez at 3:30 to find out where the rep was? Person on the phone was not helpful. Finally find out the rep DeJuan went to the wrong address and was just sitting there waiting. Why wouldn't DeJuan call the scheduler and find out what was wrong and call me. He just sits at the wrong address for over a half hour twiddling his thumbs. He drove right by my place with a big 2016 on the wall and drove to the next units numbered 2106.
Time is money!!!!!!!!!!!!
I went out of my way to accommodate your company by coming home early and then sat there for over a half an hour for NO reason - ridiculous!!!!
