The carpet and tile look amazing. The carpet dries very fast. The carpet never feels crunchy or greasy with cleaner still in the carpet. My youngest child and myself have allergies and asthma so it is very important that Zerorez doesn't use chemicals or perfumes. So we can stay in the house while cleaning and while drying. Great Customer service to book this appointment. Was able to do it all through messaging. The technicians that came out were so very polite and professional. We discussed all the charges and the services. They had their masks on. The techs were absolutely amazing!!

No hard sell for pre-treatment. Love that about this company. First time using them and will use them again. Very professional and friendly.
I feel we were overcharged. We were charged $62 for a hallway that is about 10 ft long. So, a room is $45 but a little hallway is $62. Sorry, don't buy it. And to charge the full amount for a room that is half furniture that isn't getting moved is a rip off. You need to charge the sq feet you're cleaning, not the whole room. You guys are a joke. Never will we use you again.

I paid $460 to get my entire house cleaned and I watched the tech clean my heavily used living room in about 10 minutes. He said obviously you see those black spots didn’t come up. That’s because the fibers of your carpet is scratched. I can clean the area again, but I wouldn’t recommend it. When I gave my feedback, I was told the same thing. I proceeded to use my bissell pro heat to go over those spots again and I was able to pull up most of the dirt. When I told Zerorez, I was told I would not be getting a refund because I took care of the issue on my own and voided my guarantee. Scammers don’t get my recommendation.

No chemicals, great customer service
They were timely and extremely professional.
Maybe it's just my old tile BUT lots of dirt left behind especially around walls and major traffic areas. May not have noticed so much but I sealed (paint it on wait 5 minutes and wipe it up)floors right after. That close I noticed everything! I must need a strong detergent to get rid of those spots. Didn't touch between fridge and wall. I got a mop out and did it myself. He was very pleasant and helpful but I was not impressed with cleaning.
