Peter Heinz was excellent. Came early, cleaned our carpet in ways we haven't seen since buying in. Took any odor and nasty feel from the carpet and also charged less than we were quoted after he did a carpet test. We shall be loyal customers from now on and hope we get Peter again.

From my initial contact with Zerorez to my carpet looking brand new again the entire experience was awesome. AAA+ Customer service all the way! I ended up getting "the works" for my 15 year old carpet, (which is worth noting, that we never walk on the carpet with our shoes) I do have 2 Yorkies who on occasion have little accidents, but I usually stay on top of that as well.
I was so impressed right from the start, the the service rep walked in with footies and placed corner protectors on my walls to protect the paint!
I received sanitizer, and stain repellent, so I paid a little more than initially quoted.
My carpet looked awesome! Shadows of stains gone, and smelled so fresh! It dried within hours and my carpet feels great too!

I already called in my complaint.. My little 4x5 closet should have been included with my bedroom cleaning since my bedroom isn't 200sf especially with all the furniture I have in it... So now my my closest isn't clean but my bedroom is... That's dumb... Poor customer service..
Friendly, kind, knowledgeable technician. Promptly arrived and was done quickly. Carpets look like new. We will definitely be calling them again. Highly recommend Zerorez!

The Technician was Friendly and took the time to explain the process to me. He even let me know that I had some termite damage in one of my rooms which I already knew but still it was great that he told me. The price was what I agreed to online when I set up the appointment.
He also let my know about some other services that Zerorez offers. I used Zerorez be cause Johnjay from the Johnjay and Rich show uses them on a weekly because of there dog rescue.

The tech was very professional and did his job. I have never used your services and will not again. I am a Realtor and have hired multiple companies for my clients. The cleaning system you have is far inferior. The carpets did not look any better than before. I also was not aware that cleaning a bedroom small closet was an added charge. For the fee you charged- the cleaning result was very disappointing. Never again.
