i have had your service before and it was quality work the tech this time was a very nice young man but he didn't do a good job of cleaning while doing the carpet he pulled the cleaning tool over the carpet way to fast to even clean it well . it would be like if you were vacuuming your carpet and you pull the vacuum back and forth really super fast that's not the way it should have been done very disappointed

We ONLY use ZEROREZ. We have had other carpet cleaning services before for our rentals and the new renters complain that the carpets have not been cleaned....zerorez comes out and voila....they are happy. In our home, we have several dogs and the puppy did have accidents that I cleaned up right away but when the rep from Zerorez came out, we used the black light and saw so many more accidents that I did not even know of. We love Zerorez. This is not the last time!

Amazing tech! Carpets look awesome!

Dave was terrific! The carpet was crunchy after the cleaning. We vacuumed after the carpet dried and it felt softer. I was quoted over the phone $405 but the actual total was $555 after taking more factors into consideration. A little pricy for 1 large room and a sofa, but good experience overall.

He even explained how to pay the bill using my credit card and phone....haven't done that in the past!. Obviously not very tech savvy, but he explained it well, and I appreciated his assistance.
