The service was good at keeping me informed as to when they would arrive and were on time. The employee was very polite, respectful, and pleasant. He was also very efficient and well organized with regard to what he was going to do and how to get it done. Overall it was a very good experience.

It all went very smooth and smells great now. The deep pad treatment where cat pee was did the trick.

Over all the job looks good. Most of time looks new again. Parts that didn’t come clean is understandable, however more details on the corners of the floor could have been done. I was able to wipe up with a rag. It just felt like those parts of the tile had been missed.

I have had Zerorez several times over the years and have always been pleased with the whole process, no soggy carpeting, no crunchy carpeting, and dries very fast. Everyone from customer service/scheduling to technicians have always been courteous and pleasant.

Trey Rogers and his trainee did an excellent job on our carpet. The spots were removed from the carpet that couldn’t be removed by the other company 5years ago. We just love the special treatment that Trey sprayed on the carpet for extra protection. They did a great job. Tera and Edward Teets
