Always on time. Superior job
Pleasant friendly staff, does a thorough and great job.
Nothing with the technician but the dispatch area needs to coordinate better. I was on the phone with dispatch and said that i could do a 3pm and not the scheduled 4p-7p, but as soon as I hung up the tech was at my door. No return call from dispatch apologizing for the error. My tech was 3 hours early and I had to reconfigure my work from home. I work in healthcare and have certain security with my computer, has to be in a secure location where no one will see information.
First time getting carpet cleaning service. I chose Zerorez because I hear the radio ad all the time. Jared was our Technician and was awesome! He explained everything that he was going to do and He was gone in under an hour! The carpet came out great and you guessed it, ZERO REZ lol ! Very reasonable on price as it was worth every penny! Will be using them again. Thanks again Jared!
I have used Zerorez for several years and have never been disappointed in the end result. My carpet is 11 years old and looks almost like new due to the excellent/professional cleaning. Every technician has been very knowledgeable and is totally concerned with the job and my satisfaction.

Tech did not wear mask as promised when appointment was scheduled. Carpet was no cleaner after he left. Excess water only spread the dirt/stains. This was a total waste of our money.
Really liked how quickly apointment was made almost next day, I would recomend for carpet but not tile, we had the tile done last time by a coupon mailer and it came out better, the entire house
for 200 dollars, there was some residue (white) that was left in a few rooms that I was able to wipe up, overall a good job and we needed it done that day so the house could have pictures taken so we are happy. Thanks for the powered water.
Excellent service and customer service by technician
The pet stains that I was concerned about are gone!
The technician that came to our home repeatedly asked to remove his mask, complaining that it was hot to work in. This made me VERY uncomfortable and obligated to allow him to remove it while up stairs, next thing I know he has it off for the rest of his visit! He was also constantly trying to sell me more services and cleaners. The floors are clean but the experience was awful. In the future if I use Zerorez again I will ask that a different technician be sent out, it was just really such an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience.
Michael did a great job! However, the price was not worth the end product. Have paid half the price for the same end results. No, I would not recommend to others.
I love that my carpet isn't crunchy when it's dry and that there is no chemical smell. The fact that it is super clean and stays clean for a long time is a plus.

Technician was punctual, polite, professional. He explained each step of the process and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the work he had performed as well as the results of the cleaning session.
I really liked the young man,he asked me questions concerning what are any trouble spots,which was great.Unfortunately when I vacuumed today to fluff up the nap,to my surprise,my vacuum canister was nearly half full of dirt.I made sure to empty the tank before I vacuumed.The carpet looks great,but left wondering why the dirt?

I was just bummed I couldn’t get my tile cleaned because I have a sealant on my tile, the guy told me that I need to have it removed and when it’s removed to give you guys a call.
Both represeatatives were very knowledgeable and professional as well as very honest.
