Service was done on time and cleaned well! The tech was very cordial and knowledgeable about his products but also different carpets and tile!
We had scheduled to have our carpets and shower cleaned. When the tech came to do the cleaning he was very honest with us about how clean he could get the shower. We were very happy he was honest and didn’t just try to sell us.

The fast and quality cleaning of my carpets.
I called to have my entire vehicle cleaned and was charged $165 just to do the carpet. My seats are still filthy but the technician said he could not do the seats because of the type of material. I think charging $165 just to do the carpet is far too much. I should’ve been offered a discount if they didn’t do the seats. Definitely disappointed and probably would not recommend your service to friends or family.

They are all top notch and really take out stains.
There was no odor at all. I have very bad hay fever and I had no problem. The technician was very polite. I had a couple of spots that came back next day and he came right back and took care of them. I'm very pleased.

Rugs are very clean and feel soft on feet not heavy with soap residue.
Technicians always do a great job and are able to remove problem stains. High traffic areas show great improvement after Zerorez treatment and the carpet dries quickly.
