Great products, no hard crispy carpet when dried! Was dry in 4 hrs!
Our carpets are probably 18 yrs old and I think they did the best they could. The last company that cleaned them was Coit and I think they were slightly better and about the same price.

My carpet looks the best it has since it was new after being cleaned by by Brandon at Zerorez. We had problem areas (gifts left from one of our dogs). Brandon was so thorough at cleaning these areas and all of the carpet. Brandon listened to what we wanted and then explained what he was going to do. He took the time to really get it clean. I am very happy with how my carpet looks now!
I like how clean everything feels and smells after the service! I like how easy it is to set up appointments. The team is always helpful and professional! The process is pretty quick too! We love Zerorez and will definitely use you again!
Dion did a great job on my carpet. He used a machine that I have never seen another technician use. I will request him for my future cleanings.

Carpet did not dry in 5 to 6 hours but was dry when I got up the next day. That was really nice as previous cleanings have taken days and I mean 3-5 days. Terrivle.

The finished job always looks amazing
1) Be available by phone for those scheduling appointments. In my online registration I mentioned I wanted to speak with someone before they came out and asked for a confirmation call which was not done nor was I able to connect until the technician came to my home.
2) My upholstery is looking dingy rather than clean. Yesterday my sister came for dinner and she asked what happened to my couch and loveseat, they look darker than they have in the past (ie before they were cleaned).
The technician missed cleaning an area of my dining room carpet. It was the last room cleaned and I think it was accidentally overlooked. The area measures 2’x6’
Didn’t notice until the carpet had dried. Now it’s quite the obvious.

zerorez recently cleaned 6 area rugs for our home, and after taking them into the shop to evaluate the cleaning required as we indicated our 17 year old dog who recently died has urinated on several of them. One came back wrecking of urine, and when I called today to inquired, was told that the one runner would have to be cleaned again and that I would be responsible for another $100+ cleaning. I would have gladly paid this amount if included in the original estimate. We use your service because you're supposed to know what you are doing. You took the rungs into the shop to evaluate them to give us an estimate the first time and I would have expected Zerorez to stand behind their work.
Am dissappointed that I am responsible to pay additional amounts because the original work required was underestimated.;

No crunchy carpet after carpet was cleaned
The technician assigned to my job (Terry H.) was thoroughly professional, a refreshing change from some businesses. Very competant, answered every question and was in & out with no mess, no fuss. My carpets have not been cleaned in about 13 years and they are looking almost as good as when new. Will certainly use Zero-Rez again.
I like that the products got my house clean without using harsh chemicals. The person (Ernie) who came to my home was polite, professional, and did a great job.
Dion was friendly and knowledgeable. He did a phenomenal job getting the stains out of the carpet and couch cushions!
