The technician, Rachel B, was extremely thorough in making sure I understood what she was doing and what could happen. She was very friendly and made sure I was happy. She even had to rerake the carpet because my 3 year old ran across it

Very friendly, competent workers. My three rooms were done in 45 minutes. There was no smell after the cleaning. And the carpet dries quickly. I’ve used Zerorez for years And wouldn’t use any other company!

The price was different..the grout in the kitchen doesn't look much different than before.

Services are affordable, and appointment scheduling was a breeze. Everyone was professional and pleasant to deal with. Our carpets were so bad I expected them to still look a little dirty afterwords, but the carpet cleaner did an amazing job, and the carpets look great.
