I found it little inflexible as i had very small rooms and very small hallway but had to pay additional for small hallways also. I already paid extra for stairs.

Didn’t get stain out of carpet, which was the only reason I needed carpet cleaned
The process was easy and online booking is user friendly. Response via text is quick. Staff willing to work with schedule. Tech was punctual and professional. The products used has no odor/chemicals so no issues with allergies nor skin irritation. My sectional and ottoman looks brand new. All in all the service was great just a bit pricey.

The serviceman was polite and courteous. He took proper precautions for the virus. The cleaning was done promptly with no mess and the furniture and rugs came out beautifully! My husband and I were very pleased with the corner protectors that were used to protect our trim and walls from the hoses used to clean. And the price was right. We will definitely us Zerorez again!
