Just feel your pricing should include dealing with stains, since that's why we are having it done in the first place

Truck-mounted equipment, no chemicals and fast drying! Technician Jared was great! Very thorough and even got out a spot on an area of carpet we had given up on!

He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He did an excellent job and was very thorough. My carpet is about 20 years old, I'm trying to go another year before replacing it. It looks amazing right now because of Zerorez. I would use them again and I have already told friends about them.
I love that there are no soapy/chemical residues. In the past I have used different services where the carpets would look nice initially, but stains would later return. I had my carpets and white sectional sofa cleaned a couple of weeks ago and they still look brand new. And we have 3 dogs! Our technician was friendly and professional. We will definitely use Zerorez the next time we need our carpets or upholstery cleaned.
The worker was great however our family room still looks the same. We are happy with our 4 other rooms, but our family room looks exactly the same.

My technician Paul did a very outstanding job. I had some stains in my carpet that I thought would not come out and he work magic on them and got them all out. If Paul is an example of the type of people you hire for your technicians I am very impress. I will recommend zerorez to all family and friends. The next time I need my carpet cleaned I will be calling Zerorez to have it done.

Loved that they don’t use cleaning chemicals or with any odors. Very efficient way of cleaning, didn’t take too long to clean. The employee was very respectful, courteous and overall very friendly. Their price is affordable and we were very satisfied with the overall experience.
