Products are chemical free. I had the greatest young man come and clean the carpets and furniture. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and enjoyed his job. I called our neighbor over to see his work and she scheduled with him.

Guy that came to clean the carpets was very friendly and quite knowledgeable. He was very thorough and we were amazed that he was able to remove all dirty areas & spots that had been in the carpet for years despite many carpet cleanings. After the carpet had dried, we noticed how soft the carpet was- just like it was new! I had heard on the radio about how great Zerorez was and now my daughter, wife and myself are true believers.

My carpet looks like new again and it's old! The service guy was very courteous and professional !!!

The kid was nice, took his time and the carpet looks great, my only issue is the truck left a huge oil spot on my driveway that was not fun to scrub in 118 weather to ensure it didn't stain.

Technician was great, communicated well, on time, very friendly and did his job quickly and efficiently. The carpet I needed cleaned was throughout the house and old, this home was recently purchased so was unsure what type of results I would get. After the cleaning it looked as nice as it could look, this will help me put off replacing the flooring for a few more months. Pricing did not change, remained as I was quoted over the phone.

I really liked how well the empowered water worked. It was so nice that no chemicals were used.
