Zerorez could not even clean my new carpet and get puppy pee odor out even when I paid for the $40 extra cleaner upgrade. When I called your company back to come fix one of the bedrooms the guy on the phone told me to calm down and open a window and it would smell better in a few days. Then he wouldn't come out to fix the issue for 2 more days. I will never use your company again.

We need to have you come back and clean the tile where the solution got on it. We tried to clean it with a Shark (steam only) and it spread. Call us to reschedule.
I’m not certain if my hopes were too high but we the couch we recently bought used had a strong lingering odor from the previous owner. We hoped having Zerores come out to clean the couch would deodorize and clean the old pet hair away. Unfortunately the odor remains but the pet hair is gone. The technician was great.
