Very professional, did a wonderful job getting our carpets spotless! We had some very set in stains, and they got them out easily. We also received a free spray bottle filled with their powered water to use to clean all different surfaces.
Trey was our technician for our carpet cleaning needs. He was very polite and friendly. Trey did a beautiful job of cleaning. I am most impressed about how clean and soap free the carpet is when finished. While here, we also had him do a large sofa for us as well. It came out clean and smelled fresh. Also, we received a spray bottle of the powered water, for which we thank you. Very thoughtful!! We will use zerorez again in the future for all our cleaning needs. Thank you Zerorez.
Quick and efficient
The serviceman showed up on time, gave a demonstration on how their product worked. Then he cleaned 6 rooms, removing all stains from our carpet in about 2 hours. This is the first time we've had our carpets cleaned in 8 years. The carpet looks brand new and smells amazing, no after cleaning chemical crunch left on the carpets. Our servicemen was excellence! Definitely recommend Zerorez to everyone.

Technician, Delonn, did a fabulous transformation on my dirty and stained area rug. He was professional and explained the cleaning process.
