Our carpets look amazing and we really appreciated our technician, Dion. He was very professional and just a great guy.
Everything was top notch had some technical difficulties at first but made it up at the end.Would highly recommend it carpet came out immaculate more than satisfied thanks Zerorez:)
Service was exceptional
My technician Chris was an absolute professional! He showed up on time and was very personable. He went over my treatment options and helped me to pick the right solution for my home. He had to sell me on the additional pet care I needed, but he was very informative about it. I was skeptical at first about the treatment and not sure if it would get my stains out. After Chris was finished with the service I was shocked. My stains were gone and so was the odor! Chris even took the time to talk about his personal pets and share some awesome stories about his dogs. I will never stop recommending Zerorez. The proof is in the service.
No chemicals or dyes. Staff are friendly and professional and scheduling an appointment was very easy.

The person who cleaned our carpets was amazing! We had many spots from our dogs which we thought were going to be permanently marked but he was able to get everything cleaned out by putting in a ton of effort. We will definitely be using the service again.

Cameron was great. Explained everything, was very professional and courteous. Worked very hard to get the job done on time. Pleasant and trustworthy. I would promote him to manager and trainer... he gets it, even at his young age. Rare breed! Do whatever you can to keep him!
