Very professional and polite. Wore a mask,gloves and shoe covers. Explained how the process and the procedures they use. Carpet has not been professionally in years. Small rug cleaner was used for years but never cleaned as good as Zerorez. It removed a lot of traffic stains on overall carpet,tile,and our recliners. Worth the price. Just wish they moved furniture for the elderly. Will definitely recommend there service to everyone. Thanks
I believe my carpets looked cleaner with this process, than the dry process I normally use! Even thought it was a "wet" process, it wasn't soaking wet like regular wet processes.

Technician was not wearing booties he did not stay 6ft away. A few stains did show back up in the living room.. They also did not leave the spray bottle I called they said a tech would drop it off the following Monday but I never received it did not see a reason to call back and complain again..
The technician his name is Jordan was very professional the carpets look great and yes I’d recommend it to everybody that needs their carpet clean and the customer service when I arrange to get my carpets cleaned in the office was right on it very professional got back with me and a day and a half later my carpets look great thank you Zerorez....Patrick McDonald
I love the fact that you are quite a bit like Chem dry but cheaper and your company does a great job of being on time and courteous. My carpets and furniture come out looking great. Michael was my technician and he did an outstanding job with my cleaning projects.

They did a great job and dirt was out of the carpets
I don't see a difference with my carpets from the last company that cleaned them and from what Zerorez did. The only difference was zerorez's cost was much higher. You also advertise that the tech would not shake your hand but your tech shook my hand when they were done.
The carpets were not as clean as I thought they would be. Probably would try another service, next time. Sry.
