I have not utilized a carpet cleaning service recently, as we only have one room of carpet, but a lot of tile. Shawn was our technician, and he was good at explaining the the process, and how he was going to clean the areas. I was so happy with how the kitchen tile turned out, I had him do much of the other tile on the 1st floor. The tile is 22 years old, and as a whole looks great.! Pricing was problem

Very professional!

After rep left I looked at rooms and felt like the rep did not get behind any of the doors in the rooms, felt like he could have closed them and gotten behind the doors. So not as great a cleaning job as I had hoped. Last year I went with a diff company who seemed to vacuum the floors better and got more of the dog hair off carpet.

The carpets took almost 20 hours to dry, that's crazy. And I can see that a lot of the dirt really isn't gone. Your staff is great but I won't be calling you back.

There are two viewpoints, When you cleaned the tile at my house I was not happy with the results. When you cleaned my mothers tile the job was excellent. But as the person doing my mothers house I noticed one step of the cleaning process that the tech doing my house didn't do, was using the mechanical brush. Also the machine in the truck broke down and the tech had to leave and get another truck. You will be coming out a second time to redo my floors we will see if the tech follows your procedures and gets my tile and grout clean.

No sticky residue. Quick drying time

Very friendly and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I'm pleased with how most of the tile and grout look, but the places where he said were too stained to clean stand out more. I need to know if there is any cleaner that can get these very obvious areas cleaned.
