Wonderful customer service and my carpets look, smell and feel amazing!

I would let people know that after a certain level of dirty, they process only takes out so much. For example "on scale of 1-10 (10 being dirty beyond cleaning) that the process only cleans up to a level 5 dirty carpet. After that recommendation of replacement or other treatments that the technician is comfortable applying without the possiblity of future call backs to the residence after the primary treatment.

Tech needs to be more enthused and should have been wearing a mask and gloves before coming into my home.
Also there are still some areas where he did not focus on to well.
The carpet dried up very well and with no residue of the chemicals thank you for that.

I like that there are no harsh chemicals.

The entire two rooms that were shampooed are crunchy and stiff when you walk the carpet

The tech was very professional and kind.

There was an issue with your car, it broke down in the middle of the process. The employee went and got a new car but had to leave our floor a full of water. The whole process took much longer than planned and it’s difficult to keep four little kids occupied durning dinner time. The quality of work was good,however can you double check for me if the bathroom was included? It’s a 10sq. ft. area and it was not completed.
