I like everything except one factor about your services. The one thing I often find slightly dissatisfying is the transparency of your pricing. Your specials are often advertised and you highlight how inexpensive it is but often fail to make clear the service you’re discounting is a very basic cleaning that is often times not adequate for the level of cleaning that would prompt a consumer to contact you.

I love using Zerorez because the service people are polite, clean, and my carpet dries quickly with no crunchy texture.

The quality of the tile/grout cleaning was not satisfactory. The grout lines were dark after the cleaning treatment. Just as dirty and dark as before the treatment. When I asked the associate about it he said that the grout was stained and that’s why they were still dark. I got in my knees with a grout brush and started scrubbing the grout and all the dirt and grime started to come out. I don’t feel that a thorough job was done. This was my first time using a professional company and was not happy with the results. My realtor recommended I try Zerorez and let her know how it went.

The tech thought that it was just a cleaning. Did not get the info of treating for urine in the carpet and tried to up the price. They said the treatment would be $50 more. The carpet looked good after work was completed, but after it dried, you could still smell the pet oders and the carpets still shown dirt around the need area. Clean was not as expected. $180. For 2 rooms and 16 stairs.
