First time using a carpet cleaning company and Zerorez was awesome! The technician Paul S was able to get my appointment in sooner than expected. He arrived quickly, and promptly got to work. He was extremely professional and courteous, which was definitely appreciated. He got the carpet done in under an hour and the room feels so much fresher now! Thank you to both Paul and Zerorez for still willing to come out and get the job done despite everything going on.

One thing if the yard has a gate make sure it closed when leaving as they may assume you did and not pay attention when letting the fur babies out.
