You do an amazing job cleaning our carpets. The carpets our white so its not easy. Your staff are always so friendly. David has cleaned out carpets three times and each time he does a great job!

Perhaps a minor thing, but the tech was a bit too "all business". He found a spot in one of the rooms. i did not know the source of the spot. But, after he asked if there had been a piece of furniture there, he kind of shut down in terms of being able to clean it. It could be a pet stain, a spill of some sort, or whatever. I hoped that your tech would be able to try some things on a small part of it to see I'd that would get it out but your tech seemed a little rushed, and therefore unwilling/unable to try.
Your Service Technician was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. He also worked hard to clean our vinyl floors. We also had carpet cleaned. All of the stains came out and it dried quickly as advertised. We would highly recommend Zerorez to family and friends.
You already came out a second time and cleaned our tile today. He was great and redid our floor. The first time, our tile was left with streaks and dirty. For $400, expectations are high. It's not a big house. I was told by the person I booked the appointment through that our technician would have a mask and booties on. Neither technician did that. However, our second technician was extremely professional and experienced. We greatly appreciated his expertise. I normally wouldn't care, but considering our current environment. I had 3 kids, my wife, and mother in law at the house at the time. I like your company. I'm a huge fan of John Jay & Rich, why I called you, but not exactly what I expected. I appreciate both workers that came to our house. Very nice men and putting themselves in harm's way is courageous. I know, I still face customers as well. I just responded because I figured you would want to know. I would. Floor looks great now. I know you hold yourself to a high bar. Thank you for responding appropriately. Stay safe and healthy.

They work they bring life back into the carpet. My carpet is at least 17 years old and a light beige and was very soiled but Adrian brought it back to life. I am more than pleased with the job he did

the price wasn't bad and the tech was very nice and clean cut. He did a very nice job, worked hard and after the carpet was dry it was very soft and lush.

The gentlemen was very nice. I'm not sure I will get my tile floors cleaned again but loved how my carpet came clean. It seemed pretty expensive to do the tile floors.

After he left I noticed that the 703 Cleaning kit included a microfiber mop kit but this was not included. :-(

Everything is so clean and fresh when they are done and there carpets do not take hours to dry.
