Nice guy did a great job

Your tech was great. But I’m disappointed in the up charge of ever little thing. You already charge for the cleaning service but if I want this stain treated or that soil “really” treated it’s x more dollars. I went for a two room 50 bucks each to out the door 215 without the protectant coating on my carpet. So I’ll be looking around and doing some cost comparison next time. Zerorez has been cleaning my house for 10 years. I no longer feel that this company is the same. It’s very commercialized and all about the up sell.

Very thorough and friendly technician! Arrived on time, got our call ahead and he did a good job. Carpets looked great!

Thought it was fine. It is concerning that your associates seem to be paid on commision, which is great for them, but not necessarily great for the consumer when there is the potential to upsell products that may or may not be critical to the conditions of the carpet.

I think I would prefer where associates are less involved in what is going to affect their bottom line but incentivized in a fashion that would help provide better value to the consumer. Just my two cents.

From the beginning, the lady that I spoke to on the phone to help me out could not have been any better. She listened to my needs and definitely delivered by getting us in asap and with a very knowledgeable representative! I cannot thank her enough... Trevon was our rep and he was probably as good as could be.... I did think that it was a bit expensive but the job came out so nice. better than I could have imagined. Thanks a bunch for the service and for the expedient response! I will continue to brag about this company.

I'm very happy with the results. The technician arrived on time and provided excellent customer service.

The service technician was very nice and courteous. However when Zerorez came out last time they worked harder to get the soil out of the high use areas. He did a once over the whole carpet with not any extra effort on those areas. I was a little disappointed on this. But I still will continue to use Zerorez.

I loved the professionalism of the crew that came over. Under the circumstances of the epidemic I felt safe as he kept his social distance. Explained the process to me and the option that could if added for a longer term clean feel. I'm planning to change my carpets soon, so I didn't take advantage of that. I'm happy with my clean carpets and would recommend you to anyone that asked.

I like that when you clean my carpet, it is not wet for 3 days like other company's. You have chemicals that get rid of the pet smells quickly. My carpet dries quicker and your people are polite and do a beautiful job. I am also very pleased with the finished job.
