Very professional and the carpets look amazing.
Friendly technician who did a good job.
They are okay
This is the second time I’ve given Zerorez a chance and was sorely disappointed. We had a bad experience with the technician in our home with no booties on his dirty shoes and no mask, using our restroom. And the cleaning did not make any noticeable difference. We paid extra for the protectant which absolutely has not worked. (Two stains already on the couch and will not scrub off).

The products and service was great. The carpets look great. There was no weird smells afterwards and it dried quickly. David was great to work with. He was very friendly and professional. He explained the services and pointed out areas that might need additional attention down the line. I felt very comfortable with his work and would definitely use Zerorez again soon. Thank you.
The serviceman did a great job cleaning a very dirty carpet. He was very careful with furniture, efficient and very fast. I’m pleased with the results, and the cost was reasonable.
Technician was professional and friendly. But seems company does not do an extra inch beyond 3 rooms, even hallway connecting 3 rooms, which is just small 8feet by 3 ft area is not covered. Stairs I understand, there is lot of work. Over the years had so many companies that cleaned carpets in AZ, MI, Chicago, Tennessee. Every single one of them covered hall way.

I really was happy with how things were, the only struggle I had is when the carpet dried there were some "crunchy" spots where the pet treatment was done. We felt like we could still smell some pet urine after as well.
The technician was professional and courteous, while also being very nice and pleasant! And the best part is that my old carpet looks great again---and that is amazing!! I love your process that can bring an old carpet back to life and remove stains!! Thank you Zerorez!

I scheduled because my older dog had an accident on the carpet- I paid extra for the extraction and I can still smell urine! Over $300 for one small room

I love how my carpet feels after they are cleaned. They stay clean since they aren’t using soap to clean. This is the only company I would use to clean my floors.
The service pros are always friendly, polite and clean. They ask sufficient questions regarding any high traffic areas and spots and what will be done to address those areas. I especially like my cleaned carpets dry soft and not “crunchy.”
