No soap
Your carpet cleaning service is very good. I feel like every time I order carpet cleaning from Zero Rez I get up sold on additional services. To clean two small rooms was $190. Your personel are always very professional and courteous.

Overall my carpeted bedrooms are low traffic except for the main bedroom which had the usuall traffic stains at the entry area, the rest of the rooms are rarely used but then it was noticeable that they were cleaner and softer after zerorez cleaned them. Dried fairly quickly, after about 5 hours I started moving the furniture back in.
The price was a bit higher than anticipated. The tech said the lady on the phone put “sealing” for the hallways which is a lower price than tile cleaning. So it went from $365 to $445. Not sure if I believed that. Overall, I don’t think it should have been that much as I was getting quotes for much lower from other businesses

Quick and my carpets are clean
The employee who arrived at my home was very respectful and amazing at his job. He educated us on tile and grout as well as best ways to keep a carpet clean.
We like that Zerorez doesn't use soaps or harsh detergents and is residue free. Also their staff are very knowledgeable and give suggestions to keep your carpet in better condition. We will continue to use Zerorez. Thank you.
