When he arrived, he was super friendly and ready to go. I was concerned as I had multiple old stains - one major one was a dark circular stain about 5 inches in diameter.
While yes I was in a 500 sq ft. apartment I was shocked that he was done in 20 minutes. And every stain was COMPLETELY GONE. I was not expecting it to look brand spankin’ new!! I am recommending to any and everyone that I know.

We will use ZeroRez for our yearly carpet cleaning. Completely professional tech who respected the virus restrictions. Trey was friendly and polite plus did an outstanding cleaning job. Our carpet was dry in most places by early afternoon and we were able to put out furniture back.

Adrian was excellent and very thorough. Also, I did like the spray. I am curious if that can be purchased. I used it to clean a fire place, and it was amazing. Also, you should include duct cleaning, fire places, and dry vent cleaning.

Online I was quoted $75 for the one room plus a $15 fee, so $90. When the technician arrived, he used the black light and showed me areas that my dog had peed on the carpet more than I realized. My reason for cleaning the carpet was for the smell that I assumed was dog pee. The technician convinced me that it would be better to go with a more deep clean that would cost more, and after seeing the black light I couldn't unsee it and agreed. The carpet looks clean, but I had the service done on Thursday and it smells worse now than it did before. I am not sure why, but I'm disappointed after spending $315. I had planned to consider having my couch and grout cleaned if I was satisfied with the carpet but I only paid around $400 for the carpet new and installed so next time I will probably just replace. And with the smell, I'm not going to have my couch cleaned and risk not wanting to sit on it again.
My carpets are so clean and fresh looking. I have already talked to three people about zerorez and the work they did. I would definitely recommend zerorez again.
The service person was amazing. He really cared what we thought, so much so that he waited for us to return to have us check his work.

Not cheap at all, but got all of the pet stains out. Just disappointed in how it is a $75 a gallon for deep treatment. My quote of $190 turned into $510. However, would still recommend.

The guy that came out (Max Rodgers) did a good job and was very professional. He mentioned other services available, but was not pushy about up-selling. I appreciated that because a lot of service companies do heavy up-selling and that is a turn off for me.
