The product cleans very well. Our carpets look so much better and just feel cleaner. The service was outstanding. The tech was informative and Josef when he was here as well as did a fantastic job. He made sure we were happy every step of the way and even cleaned up a couple of footprints on the way out. Stellar job.

I had a coworker that recommended Zerorez because of his tile and grout, but not carpet. Further research led me in to giving this way of cleaning a try. I must tell you that we have not cleaned our carpets in a few years. When Zerorez came over our carpet looked great except for the high traffic areas that were to much for any thing to clean (our carpet is almost 40 years old according to my landlord, who I believe). Our technician was a professional in the best ways and did an amazing job. We ended up paying the extra service for another room that turned out amazing. Great service and great employee technicians. Thank you Zerorez!!!

Thought you guys would clean up better tech was fast like in a hurry there was still a lot of areas that needed better cleaning still had to go back and vacuum after and carpet doesn’t look to good was better off hiring a local cleaner then a big company thought they would do a better job

Our carpets smell fresh and clean now. We had used Stanley steamer previously. The carpets were still dirty after they left. Trey Was excellent to deal with and very professional.

We use Zerorez 3-4 times a year as we have dogs. Each & every time we are treated with SUCH politeness, kindness, respect...the techs are all so friendly! This time we had the pleasure of meeting Dion...he was on-time, SO thorough and I appreciated that he asked questions! The carpets look amazing, despite the turmoil our dogs put them through, and Dion was extra conscientious about treating the areas that needed extra care! Thank you Zerorez & Dion!!!
Natural and not crunchy
Our service guy was great! He took the time to tell us about our service and what he was doing. He was very friendly and worked very hard. We loved the results. We got grout and tile cleaning and it is like we have a brand new floor.
