The technician was very friendly and professional.
I will start with the service as I was extremely pleased, the technician that came to our house was very friendly as well a thorough and explained the process to us as he went along. As for the products I am also very pleased our carpets had quite a few stains due to our dog and ware and tare traffic and after service it looked brand new.
Technician was on time, very knowledgeable and did a great job on a really dirty carpet.Zack worked hard!!

I can't remember the lady's name that came out and did upholstery cleaning. She did a great job and was very pleasant.
Service was exceptional and professional; however, the cost is high comparatively speaking. Its not possible for me to see the benefits of this extra cost. Given this, I would likely not utilize the service in the future unless the price is reduced to a more considerable level.
In several places, there is a white residue on the grout.

Making the appointment was very easy. The Technician was courteous and did a good job of explaining the services.
Rebecca was great - I think that was her name. Very personable and knowledgeable - I am soooo happy with the results of my tile and carpet. I have used Zerorez in the years prior, but this time was the best results.
The tech peter was very knowledgeable. He advised me about different things that may effect the cleaning. He also made sure I was satisfied with the work. The carpets dried fast.

No smells, No Rough, crunchy carpet after drying. No waiting for hours for the carpet to dry . It felt so clean!
It didn't seem like my carpets were much cleaner. I also hear on the commercials that you were going to leave a bottle of cleaner with us. We didn't get one. I did like that it didn't smell weird
when you were done.
