They all work
The carpets came out very clean and the end result when the carpets dried was phenomenal. Our technician was very knowledgeable and took his time to do everything right. Reasonably priced.
Didn’t like the results. Our carpet may very well be clean however, perception plays a huge role and they do not look very much different then they did before they were cleaned. Really good vacuum job is the take away for me. Service was great! Technician seemed knowledgeable and cooperative. Just didn’t like the product

The process where the customer has to handle the techs phone to make payment and authorize must change. I will not use Zerorez again until this process is changed.

The technician knocked large picture off the wall in my staircase and scratched the wall and I had to repaint it. He also didnt pay attention to the plants outside and the hoses destroyed a plant we had outside. The carpets do look better though.

Max was a talker and did not do a good job, It stayed wet until the next noon. spots that were told about were slightly removed but not removed, I used Resolve and they came right out. Very disappointed in the work and price of inefficient service. Asked for a specific person and that was not done.

The technician was great.service and products amazing. Our carpet was pretty stained. Looks really good now.
The carpet still had spots on it and my daughter said he did living room and upstairs bedroom and stairs and hall way in 1 hour. I was told he would leave a bottle of free cleaner and they did not do that either. I was told he would evaluate the carpet if it needed spot remover and y daughter who was here said he did not tell her anything.
