We loved our technician, price, and results. Our tech was super kind and accommodating to us, especially with a poor parking situation in a huge apartment complex. He was kind to my wife and made sure we had everything we needed. Our carpets look brand new and we’re dry quickly. Highly recommend the service.

What do you like about our products and services?

On time. Professional attitude, courteous and attentive but not friendly. Carpet cleaning took less time than I remember in the past. Associate asked me to to take a look at all the floors cleaned to see if any spot was missed and if it met my approval. It did. Advised me there were two loose strands of carpet weave which is normal with burber carpet and texted me after leaving that I had left my front driveway gat open. Very thankful about that.

What do you like about our products and services?

The technician did a great job and our carpet looked so clean. Although after it dried several spots came back. I had some bleach spots on carpet and tech said there was nothing I could do but I found online some ideas, don't know if they will work.

Davis was very personable and did a great job.

I really like how well my carpets look after the cleaning. I really like the 30 day guarantee. We had a stain that came back with the 30 days and Zerorez came back out to clean that area again and it took the stain away permanently! The techni technician we had are very friendly and knowledgeable about the carpet.

The serviceman was very nice and did a great job. Even though there was a mix-up on the correct cost of the cleaning, he handled himself very professionally. We asked for some of your
business cards before so that we can continue to exclusively recommend your company to all of our flooring customers in both of our locations, IRCA and Valley Interiors. We noticed a hard spot in our Master Bedroom. Please call us in about a week and see if it is still there.
