Your company is very professional. From scheduling an appointment to your finished service, there are no surprises. The price is what you are quoted. The technicians arrive when expected and are very respectful of your home. They are pleasant and courteous. This is the second property I have had cleaned by Zerorez and would recommend them to everyone!!!!

My carpet is cleaner then other services
I was disappointed that the tech wanted $100 to clean our love seat. He did 2 rooms of carpet for $135, so $100 for a small love seat seemed high.
No harsh chemicals
I was very pleased with my service. My carpets and bathroom tile and grout look brand new again. My technician was very courteous and professional. My technician asked me to show him the areas I needed clean and if I had any concerns or areas that needed special attention. After the cleaning I was asked to inspect the cleaned areas to make sure I was satisfied with the result. I will continue to use Zerorez for my floor care.
