It was easy to schedule online. The technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how the process works, then we went through with a black light. It was interesting to see that my dog had a few accidents in the house.
We discussed what my options would be, and talked about expectations after the cleaning.

Easy to schedule appointments, pleasant phone CSR & reasonable cost. Technician Eric was on time, very nice, worked hard, did a great job & left nothing for us to clean up afterward. One recommendation is to extend the estimated drying time. We were told 4-8 hours & it's more like 24+. We have relatively thick carpet which may account for the disparity, but I wish we were given a more accurate estimate of the required dry time.

Customer service was excellent. The technicians addressed all my questions and concerns. They even used their disinfectant solution to wipe down all door handles then left me a bottle for later.

Strong suction to pull dirt and water—dry time is super. Carpet is much cleaner.
