Everything looked good upon cleaning it. once it dried there were serval whiter patches on the carpet that looked really clean while the area around it looked dirty. Looks like a spot treatment was done to a few areas which made it extra clean and really stand out.

Grout cleaning was some what better than expected. After the grout dried there are a number of locations that need further effort.
I have heard about the company for several years from a radio ad and had not enlisted your services because we are renting our home. But we have recently purchased a new home and wanted to take my area rugs with me clean and refreshed. The technician who cleaned our carpets was very professional, neat, and efficient and did an outstanding job, especially on one of the carpets that was badly soiled from just bottom of show dirt over the years. They both look brand new without the stiffness that normally comes from carpet cleaning.
I may need to clean a couple rooms in my new home and will definitely use you again. Thank you!
