Great service. Best carpet cleaning we have ever had
Our technician showed up early. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He advised us honestly about trouble spots and made recommendations of how to deal with one particular area that he could not clean. Our carpet looks great.

I heard on the radio about how clean the service was. No pee smells or smells indicating that animals live in the home... But that was not with the 185$!!!service, I could have paid another service less for more. But false advertising is the key to getting customers, not repeat customers or even ones who refer others. But a good hook and bait scheme.
We've used Zerorez for years in Washington State and now here. We love that our carpets aren't "crunchy" after cleaning and then are dirty within months because of all the residue. In WA, they also cleaned our living and family room couches -- they always looked like brand new after Zerorez.
Evan was very knowledgable and thorough in explaining the different treatments (we have two dogs) and allowing us to choose which ones we wanted without any pressure from him.

My carpet is not as cleaned as I expected it to be. It still appears dirty looking. I paid $400.00 for a clean carpet and it did not look like it.

At first sight I thought the carpet looked clean but after a closer look there’s still stuff on the carpet and dirty. I was hoping that it would also smell better but it doesn’t. I was told there were no bio spills no pet stains so I’m not sure why it doesn’t smell fresh. Maybe cause it’s just water used.
Everything looked - and smelled good when the tech was done. It’s three days later and my carpet that didn’t smell previously smells like a wet dog and is slightly crunchy...not sure about the zero residue!!
