Zach did a splendid job and made my 5-year-old carpets and upholstery look like new again--YAY! I had a carpet and upholstery cleaner, whom I loved, for decades. When he retired, due to illness, I despaired of finding an outfit to fill his shoes. Now that I've found you, on the basis of several recommendations, all will be well!
I am also happy that you have a process for cleaning my very "loopy" family room rug. Zach took it away and I look forward to having it back again in a few weeks.

There are some spots that I need recleaned
Trayvon was professional, knowledgeable and thorough.
The corners are not clean. They charged more than estimate. It was only $ 4.00, but they should have informed us.

I was disappointed with the lack of proper equipment needed to clean the corners of my shower.
I had to spend several hours cleaning it by hand so I could seal it.....
I will however try your carpet cleaning next time as I have not tried it yet.

It cleans very well and stays clean longer than other processes I have used.
The service was too expensive. I ended up paying $190 for 2 rooms with the protector spray. That is ridiculous. I can find carpet cleaning for much less.

Did a great job on our carpets that have been neglected for years only one complaint though after the tech came back for a re-clean of the hallway for an order issue it the carpets a bit crunchy from deodorizer
I received excellent service from Tanner. He was very knowledgeable and explained the cleaning process, tested parts of the carpet to make sure there would be no discoloration and he did an amazing job cleaning my carpet. I was very pleased with the results and will definitely use Zerorez in the future.
Traffic areas should get more attention, streaks were left in the carpet.
The product is environmentally safe. A big plus this time was the service technicians. They represented your company well. On e was in training and both cared deeply for your company. WE were very impressed with both of them

Brian and his partner did an excellent job. It was pouring rain and they worked through it and made sure they had enough cloths to wipe down the tile and keep our house tidy. They were thorough and later explained all the things about zerorez and how long to let it dry, etc.
