Eric was the cleaner sent out to our house (that was the name on the invoice) and he was so polite and nice, very professional, just a very easy-going, great guy that we’ll definitely be requesting again to do our carpets! We’ve tried other companies on the past and was never satisfied, they didn’t look any different afterwards, never. But with Zerorez we saw an immediate difference. Thank you so much Eric, you did an absolutely fantastic job!🙂

When the guy got here he gave me some foot covers just in case I needed to walk on the carpet, but he didn’t use them and walked in and out on my wet carpet.
I think I paid for the protection post the cleaning and never saw him apply it to the carpet post cleaning.

I appeared that he did one pass the the machine and then worked on the heavy traffic areas a little more. But was really done and asked me if I was happy and said not really I thought I’ve would get better results, so he worked a little more. I just think it was okay job but not great. After reading all the reviews, I guess I just expected different?

Technician said he got lost. The floors still had debris on them. Carpet is less than 2 years old and the tech said that the dark marks were traffic wear. Townhouse needed to be listed, and no time for corrections to be made. Will not hire again.
