Quality of work and product
After it was all said and done i do not see the difference from other carpet cleanings.
Carpets look great! Your tech didn’t come in with a black light and start telling me about all the stains he couldn’t remove. Instead he asked which rooms he would be cleaning and got started. Great experience. You’ve got a customer for life here!!
Anthony did an awesome job! He was professional and friendly! Our carpets are pretty old, but now they look new! So many stains are gone now, and it didn’t leave our carpets feeling crunchy and wet for hours. Our tile looks bright and shiny, too. It made our whole house look fresh and clean!

This is the 2nd time I use zero Rez. First time was super noticeable after the cleaning. I recently called it in on another hone of mine but I did not notice the clean at all. Technician was very nice but he was in and out in about 30 minutes and I had 4 rooms to clean.

The dark spots on my carpet reappeared as soon as it was completely dry. I paid over $200 and in some places it doesn’t even look like my carpet has been cleaned. I wouldn’t recommend or use zerorez again.
Prior to getting the carpet cleaned it was soft and comfortable to sit on. After getting it cleaned with Zerorez it feels the opposite of what it originally was. I had went with Zerorez over my original appointment with Stanley Steamer due to a friend informing me that their carpet did not have the “crunch” or “hard” feeling after going with your company.
The tech was awesome and the carpets look great!

The dirty part of the rug looks just about the same as it did before it was cleaned.
The area of dog urine was cleaned and said he coated it with something that will keep dogs
from urinating on that area. A few hours after he left the dog urinated in exactly the same area he said had been coated. Nothing has been improved.
I like that you don’t use soap or detergents when you clean!
