Tanner was very helpful . He did a thorough job and spoke to me about other services.
Technician said he got lost. The floors still had debris on them. Carpet is less than 2 years old and the tech said that the dark marks were traffic wear. Townhouse needed to be listed, and no time for corrections to be made. Will not hire again.

I've heard advertisements on the radio and tv about how the carpet doesnt have that crunchy texture it didnt. all the spots didnt come out but it looked s lot better and smelled a lot better

Great product! Removed most stains and those that were not removed are barely noticeable! Better than any other cleaner where spots came back as they were driving away!

Your service was very good. Dalton the tech was extremely nicpe and ver,y knowledgeable. We had a room that the carpet was so dirty from service men trapmping on it that it was unbelievable the good job he did. This was after 2 other companies had tried to clean it. Of course not all the stain was removed but 90 percent was eliminated. It made us happy that it looked as good as it did after Dalton cleaned it.

I have been using Zerorez for several years and the last time and this most recent time the carpets are just not getting cleaned like they used to. I have streaks in the carpet like they are not getting the dirt out all over. I don't know if the are not getting cleaned because the carpet is getting older but in the past they looked dirtier than these last times and came out spotless.
My carpets are cleaner than ever before.They seem to stay clean longer.Your workers are very friendly and explain how your system works.
