Great outcome!
Treyvon did a great job cleaning our carpets! He was thorough and took special care to do the best job possible in high traffic areas. We would highly recommend him and Zerorez to our friends and family.
Easy scheduling online. Always arrives promptly. I’m always happy with the results. My 7 year old carpet looks new right now. I first tried Zerorez about 4 years ago and doubt I ever use anyone else again.
No chemical smell or residue left behind
Products are chemical free. I had the greatest young man come and clean the carpets and furniture. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and enjoyed his job. I called our neighbor over to see his work and she scheduled with him.
Great serviceman, excellent customer service.
Frien J oh, efficient, and did a great job
Job well done. Good value. Good communication and timely. Tech was polite, knowledgeable and informative.
Guy that came to clean the carpets was very friendly and quite knowledgeable. He was very thorough and we were amazed that he was able to remove all dirty areas & spots that had been in the carpet for years despite many carpet cleanings. After the carpet had dried, we noticed how soft the carpet was- just like it was new! I had heard on the radio about how great Zerorez was and now my daughter, wife and myself are true believers.
My carpet looks like new again and it's old! The service guy was very courteous and professional !!!
excellent service right on time
Great service, very conscientious employees and carpets always look great!
Love how the carpets feel after they are cleaned.
Fabulous customer service
Professional and fast cleaners.
The kid was nice, took his time and the carpet looks great, my only issue is the truck left a huge oil spot on my driveway that was not fun to scrub in 118 weather to ensure it didn't stain.

Service tech, Chris was on time, efficient and informative .
Work was completed in a timely, professional manner/
Carpets were clean and fresh.
Technician was great, communicated well, on time, very friendly and did his job quickly and efficiently. The carpet I needed cleaned was throughout the house and old, this home was recently purchased so was unsure what type of results I would get. After the cleaning it looked as nice as it could look, this will help me put off replacing the flooring for a few more months. Pricing did not change, remained as I was quoted over the phone.
I really liked how well the empowered water worked. It was so nice that no chemicals were used.
The products used in my carpet were very good and the Technician was great he answered all our questions very nice Gentleman ! Will Definitely use your services in the future And will Recommend you to others Thank you very much!
Louis was very friendly and prompt to arrive on time. He did an excellent job at cleaning and sealing our tile grout floors and showers. He was very careful with his hoses and did an excellent job in protecting the baseboards from his hoses. We highly recommend using Zerorez Phoenix for grout cleaning and sealing service.
I like the idea that no chemicals are used. The service technician was polite and showed pride in his work. My Berber carpet is over 30 yrs old and I have lived with it for 25. I vacuum very regularly and do not wear shoes in the house, but with pets and years of high school swim team gatherings dirt started to show. It had been a while since the last professional cleaning service. I opted for the standard cleaning process as I hoped that that would be sufficient. Although I am happy with the results as the carpet looks so much better, it didn't get as clean as I would have liked. Lesson learned: if you wait too long with a professional cleaning job, go for the deep cleaning instead of a lighter cleaning. I still recommend the business as I saw how hard the service technician tried to get the high traffic areas to its original color. To a visitor's eyes my carpet looks very clean and that without breaking the bank!
Very Professional and Reasonable prices
