Prompt, efficient & effective
The tile is still very dirty and there are water spots all over the tile where the water pooled and dried.
Easy scheduling process, excellent communication tools leading up to the appointment, knowledge of the technician (Aaron), quality of work. All went better than expected, thank you!
Well the cost was high , it got clean but to get stains removed the cost would increase way way more and we got our entire upstairs clean but not that clean because we didn’t have more of the funds to do so
The amount of time spend on the floors was not worth the money spent, and finished product was also not worth the money spent.
As advertised...no upsell and tech knew what he was doing. Excellent work last time out.

My technician did a great job and answered all my questions.
Let me start off by saying the technician was extremely helpful and nice to work with. None of this has anything to do with him. He was extremely precautious and I appreciate that, especially with the corners and hose dragging throughout the house. The reason for my dissatisfaction is that the carpet does not look as clean as I would have expected. All of the carpet in my house is exactly 1 year old. After getting this service done, I can easily identify the high traffic spots and it looks as if nothing happened. I’m not sure if I’m expecting too much, or if this is something that the carpet cleaning wasn’t effective with. I don’t have pets, I don’t have kids, I don’t have stains, nothing. In fact the tech expressed how well the carpet looked. We had thoroughly vacuumed and prepared for this appointment. We identified some high traffic areas to focus on, which seem to still be showing. For the amount of money I paid, that’s why I feel I would not return as a customer. This was my second time using Zerorez (2 different properties). I took some pictures but not sure if that’s helpful. Thank you.
Very professional, great product always on time
I like the products because they clean our very old carpeting so well. We can get a bit more time before purchasing new.
The tech was very informative about what he was doing. And he was very good about our very inquisitive cat who had to see was happening.
Colton was very thorough.
The guy did a very good job and was very diligent in his work. He explained how the water you use is different than regular water and how it works. The carpet dried fast as advertised and look very clean, my wife was also very happy.

It was impressive to see how clean they were able to get our carpets. Even on the way out it was nice to see them sweep some of the rocks that had been scattered on the driveway from the hoses. Thank you!
Only complaint was the lateness, however you made amends with the discount. Brian did an excellent job, and I do like the no-crunch as you walk barefoot.

The Zerorez tech was punctual, very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made my carpets look like new. I would 100% recommended Zerorez to anyone and everyone.
My Zero Rez service rep did an amazing job, was very curteous and thorough and made my grout look amazing. The rooms of carpet he cleaned look perfect too, but I paid extra for the pad extraction and spent over $800 getting my carpets cleaned and they still smell, so I am disappointed with the promise that they would not after I spent over $800 and they still do.

Give us a proper quote on the phone. I was quoted $150 on the phone. I understand room size and urine can vary the cost but to be told $450 when your tech arrives is a bit ridiculous. I'd like you to be more upfront about pricing right off the bat. If you need to get more information from the customer over the phone for that, please do so- and give a low-high range/options.
