Very fast cleaning, dirt already showing back up in carpet. Not satisfied with job, does not seem clean at all

This was our first time having the carpets done and we were really excited! We didn't have any initial concerns other than just keeping the carpets refreshed, getting rid of pet odor, and keeping the house clean. Max came out and was awesome! We told him we were carpet cleaning novice's and he explained the process, what is normal, and what he was going to do. He even went further to make sure we were set up after he left. It was a really great experience and I'm excited to get our carpets cleaned again... never thought I'd say that. The carpets were dry within about six hours and smell fresh. We love em! Quick, clean, professional and reasonably priced.
I was quoted about 130 for my 2nd fl condo which included a master suite and he suite. I gave them the total number of room and sq footage. When cleaner arrives he said the quote basically only covered the master bedroom and the 2 rooms of the jr suite. The hallways and main living area (dining and living room which are all one big room, no walls etc). So, he says this one room wasn’t included and he charges me for an additional 3 room price. I told the estimator about this room. Why is it billed as 3 rooms?? It’s one room. Never again. Shame on you Zerorez.
They did an AMAZING job especially with our most damaged area. If I didn’t know certain stains were there really would have a hard time knowing the difference. Thank you Zerorez For making my carpet look just like new!
This is the first time I've had carpet cleaned in years as we have moved a lot so I don't really have much to compare Zerorez with. I just accepted a recommendation from a friend who is
in the business of carpet installation. I do hear your adverts quite often.
The Technician was 'great', very pleasant, efficient, listened to what we had to say & informed us well about the process. He also arrived timely.
That being said, some of the heavy traffic areas didn't seem to clean very well. The carpet was new in June 2006 so perhaps that is a contributing factor.
The only qualm I may have is that the area rugs he cleaned curled quite a bit & after 9 days of being dry are still curled some. I have turned them over in hopes that they will conform to the floor a bit more. Maybe there is something else I can do....??? They are not real bad
but noticeable.
