I like the way everything turned out

The first Technician we had did a terrible job... was at my home for 50 minutes to clean sofa, loveseat, recliner and two chairs... missed several spots and didn’t even touch some areas of the couch. I complained... second tech did an awesome job... in fact he seemed quite pleased he was able to get the soiled areas totally clean. I would recommend you- but I would definitely tell people to watch over the tech or to ask for a senior tech. We had Kieran the second time and he was amazing. Very thorough, polite and took his time. Even called me over to double check some areas of the couch.
Always gets our carpet it furniture really clean. People are very professional.
The tech was very knowledgeable of the services he represented. The outcome was as advertised. I am a very pleased customer and will use Zerorez in the futhre.

One of the rooms is still not clean. We had Zerorez come because we have a puppy and needed the “puppy smells” taken out. When he left it smelled good, but by that evening it did not. The gentlemen even said the room wasn’t bad to begin with, and still smells awful.
All stains were removed. Serviceman was fast & efficient. He was careful to cover his feet & face w/appropriate cover. Would not hesitate to have them out again. Have used them for years.
