My issues are with the service member who cleaned our sofa. First and foremost I felt extremely uncomfortable when the serviceman referred to me as ‘hun’ during the visit. That is not my name and it’s inappropriate, you should address that. He also decided after cleaning my sofa to pull up a chair at a table in my house and sit down after service where I was working on sensitive documents for work without asking and to be honest It made me uncomfortable. He is a visitor in my home and I feel like that was being abused. I also understand since I am in the sales field your goal is to make money and hopefully upsell but an add on treatment was pushed on me and I said no I don’t need that, then all of a sudden that $120 treatment was going to only $35 for me? I said no again I don’t need or want that and then the serviceman finally said okay fine you don’t want that. Then while cleaning my couch he said he was going to do the add on treatment I had said no to twice and replies oh I’ll just throw it in for free for you cause I know you need it. So yes I got a treatment for free that I didn’t need but I would have paid $120 had I said yes in the beginning? It’s just misleading especially if I use this service moving forward.
I hope you address this and again I like the business and the after product but the experience itself was not something I would want to experience again. Thank you.
The young man who cleaned our furniture was polite, clean, and hard working. He got my couch and chair cleaner than I thought possible

your ad was not as it seemed. In order to get all pet smells out it was an additional $150 which would make my ONE room cost to $250. Your ad totes the fact that ALL pet stains are cleaned, but they neglected to mention it's another $150. Also, why would your water have to be discarded in a special place rather than just down the toilet?. Also for elderly people, cleaning out and moving ALL the furniture out was extremely difficult for us and your company was adamant that that had to be done before the ONE technician arrived. The carpet was clean, but I would not have your service again .

There are several places on our carpet that show streaks from the cleaning tool used and spots were not completely removed in one of the bed rooms - And where a special solution was used in the other bed room the carpet is still wet.
