It was suggested to maintain our carpet to not walk on it with shoes to, actually, take them off and put on soft-soled shoes. How unrealistic would that be? To go to the bathroom, we would have to take our shoes off and then put them back on. We contacted the company we purchased the carpet from, one said "never heard of that" and a callback, basically laughed and said maybe not walk on carpet in dirty work boots but you have to live in your house, reasonably.
Also, suggested we keep our dog/dogs out of our bedroom because he sometimes urinate, granted he does and we can't catch him and already gate them from the area when we are away and, again, carpet company, basically, laughed and said "I have 2 large dogs and they have the run of the house. In my opinion, the tech did not have animals. Sometimes these things go with the territory of pet ownership, that's why we got heavier duty padding and stain resistant carpet.
Granted, the tech said these are just suggestions and we can do whatever we want. MY suggestion is maybe your techs could provide a kinder, gentler manner in giving suggestions so your customers don't have to feel a little degraded.
Now, maybe if my husband was present when he asked if there was any reason he wouldn't receive a 10 rating one of us would have said something but being a lone female in the house I answered "no" to avoid any issues.
By the way, last year the techs you sent were excellent. Wish we had the same guys this time.

A call before to tell me what time the tech would be there, plastic bumpers to protect my other furniture and corners, tech was on time, got right to work, my carpets look great!

Scheduling and arriving on time is important. What I liked the most was the time the technician took to explain the process and how nice everything looked once completed. I’ll wait another week or two to see if the carpet/tile still look as good as now.

Received call tech was on the way. Tech showed up a few minutes early. Tech showed excellent work ethic and did a great job. Got my carpet very clean. Good value. I am very pleased.
Zerorez cleaned my tile last year when I thought it could not be saved. It looked like NEW.
When a tenants' dog had all but ruined $4,000 worth of carped less that a year old, I called.
Dalton called to say he could get there early, Explained and showed what he would do.
When it was all done the carpet looked brand new and the smell of dog FUNK was gone!!!

After cleaning our carpets, the technician told us the "traffic areas" would not look as good as the rest, "although it should look lighter (white carpet) after thoroughly dried". Unfortunately, after drying it looked a little better, but still not clean. For an average of $100.00 per room, we were expecting better. I guess our expectations were too high, even for Zerorez.
The technician did a great job and we were pleased with the service.

Don't know much about your product but I can tell you this. I like that he took his time and got my carpet clean. So me and wife are happy and my feet are like Happy Feet the movie. And after we let it dry for day we were able to walk on the carpet it felt like it was lifted, like new carpet you know what I mean. Anyway thank you so much

My technician, Brandon was awesome! I had to get 3 bedroom rugs cleaned and it was chaos, as other rooms in the house were being painted. He was courteous, calm and professional amidst all the chaos!
We are cleaning up the house to sell so all the rooms are empty. The carpets were very dirty but I did let the technician know that I understood all of the stains probably wouldn't come out and I was ok with it. Problem was there was dog hair in the carpet and when it dried all of the dog hair had come up to the top. This should have been sucked out of the carpet so that it was clean. I have 3 oversized rooms with 3 standard bedrooms and a long hallway. It cost me $500 and the carpet is not fully cleaned. For a house that size he was barely there 2 hours.
