not enough time extracting water from the carpets. I was told they would be dry in 4 hours. 8 hours later they were still wet and so wet next to my bed that i had to take a towel with me to dry my feet before I put them into my bed. Next morning that spot was still damp. The next morning the remaining carpets were mostly dry with a few damp spots remaining. I know it's hurry and get on to the next job but more time needs to be spent on extraction!

Technicians were friendly and answered all questions. Very nice job and done quickly!

To my great luck, it rained the night before my carpets were scheduled to be cleaned. My associate did not wear booties at all, and tracked muddy footprints all down my tile hallway and then cleaned my carpets with those same muddy shoes on. When he came back for a re-service the next day, he was combative and defensive, and still did not wear booties. I had to ask him twice to put booties on, even though that was the very reason he was back in the first place. I still have 3 stains that did not come out, and all 3 he had excuses for why they wouldn’t come out. I thought that was the purpose of a professional cleaner.

The only reason i am giving 3 stars instead of 0 is because i have had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez 3 times now, and the first 2 i was quite happy. I have referred countless customers to you, and still believe in the soapless process for the safety of my kids/pets and allergies. But this recent experience was not good at all.

To make things right, i would like a discount on my service. I have already tried the re-service option and it only made me less thrilled with Zerorez and their ability to be professional carpet cleaners.

My advice for the future:
• Employees should not step foot into a house without wearing booties. Every time, 100% of the time. Those same booties should be removed each time they step back outside, and then put back on before reentering.
• If a customer needs a re-service, do not send the same original service technician. They are now feeling defensive over their previous work, and the quality of the re-service and the overall customer service experience will suffer. I would send a brand new technician who will look at it with new eyes and a positive attitude. Otherwise it is a very awkward situation to have to tell someone they did something wrong and then hope they do it right the second time.

My carpet looks great it is 20 yrs old but turned out nice and clean. They were very prompt and courteous.

Overall very happy with pre-appointment service. Customer service was excellent! The, actual, cleaning was great. I was charged for service with carpet protection, but, requested not to have carpet protection .I had the text messages with the quote without the protection. It was not a problem. Technician corrected the matter. Although, I wasn't too appreciative of the technician, politely, asking me why I didn't want it (not necessary). He was a very polite guy. I appreciated the fact that he asked me to review the job.

No soap going into my carpet. Carpet dried quickly.

Quality service

The technician was really good and was knowledgeable, however the carpet has taken over 29 hours and some of the carpet is still not dry. Until it dries I cannot tell if the stains addressed have been resolved, there is still a "WET" smell, so I cannot tell if that is an issue until everything is dry.

I appreciated the time the tech took to explain and show me different things along the way. He was very friendly.
This was the first time we have ever had our tile cleaned and I do wish we would have been told about the white residue that would be left behind on the grout at the wall line..it took quite awhile to wipe that all down. Other than that it was great.
