The technician did a great job. The only reason I would not recommend Zerorez is the cost. I was blown away at the cost to extract the urine out of the carpet. I could have replaced that section of the carpet for less than what I spent. So for that reason I cannot recommend this company. But again..the technician did his job well

My only complaint with the service received is that we paid for 3 carpeted bedrooms to be cleaned, and after the technician left I realized he did not clean any of the closets in the bedrooms, which were prepped and also carpeted. We were having our carpets cleaned after pest control treatment and the closets were part of our concern, so this was frustrating.
The techs are courteous and do a great job at explaining the process beforehand. The job is done very well and I am pleased with the results .
The service rep came out early and explained the process. I had never used Zerorez, but I would use it again. No chemical smell and carpet is soft! It is older carpet so he advised that the traffic patterns would return, but for now it looks great!
The charge was more than double what was quoted on line. There were no options on line for scheduling rugs. And no disclaimers about pricing/
Also the disinfectant that was used, with an extra charge, didn’t eliminate the smell from the rug.
The technicians were efficient and informative. We learned a lot about caring for our floors and counters. And the results were excellent.

No harsh chemicals, easy to set up, the pros are in and out.
For the second time I had to call and schedule a "do-over" from Zerorez. Lots of accidents from a new puppy created many spots and odor. The use of your special treatment was used on both occasions. The costs of treatment goes up greatly with this use. The results were not favorable on either time and retreatment had to be done each time. This was not only expensive but time consuming. Zerorez did not hesitate to come the second time and the carpets were satisfactory, but are crunchy, something they claim not to ever be.
