How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Technician was nice. But our grout got torn up in several places and he said he was making a note of it and that his manager would be contacting us about what happened. No one ever contacted us.

What could we do to improve?

Started out a bit rocky...after the technician arrived at my property, he didn't want to do the job because I was out of his service area??? No-one told me they didn't service my area when I set up the appointment...I didn't think that should have been my problem at that point. He had to get authorization from his manager after he was at my property to do the job. Seems like a company policy gone bad...initially turned me off pretty hard. In the end, everything turned out good, once we got past the initial bump, the technician was nice and seemed to know what he was doing...he gave me a $40.00 discount for the hassle. Overall, I was pleased with the service

While I feel the price was a bit high for 2 loveseats ($200), my tech was very thorough and took his time to complete the job correctly. The couch looked great after treatment.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I noticed a few spots reappeared a couple days later and now that is been a couple weeks they are definitely back. I’ve had my carpets cleaned by other companies before and haven’t had an issue.

The technician Dustin did an awesome job and explained the process which makes Zerorez a winner in the carpet cleaning business. My Motor coach's carpet hasn't looked this good in years. Normally the carpet looks good right after the carpet is cleaned and then the spots and stains comes back. Dustin explained that the problem is with the carpet "wicking" which causes that result. He told me how to eliminate that and it turned out beautiful.
