Anthony was amazing. We weren’t too happy with the cleaning. The carpets were crunchy but Anthony was professional and very nice.
Cleaned the carpet well. Friendly technicians
Very expensive. I had pet stained carpet seen by the blue light. But I think 240 dollars more to clean those areas was way too much. My bill was over 400.00. I was planning around 160 but 75 dollars a gallon is excessive for the solution.
My technician was punctual, polite, informative and respectful! Plus they did a great job! My original carpet looks brand new!!

Excellent service, quality job and professional service technicians.
First of all, I was scheduled between 4-7 the tech showed up at 230, had to leave work early just so it didn’t ruin their day. Got a different techs out here, all they did was talk bad about the carpet the whole time, didn’t know it was part of their job to bad mouth their clients.. then after 130 dollars later my carpet looks the same as if I was to go to Home Depot and rent one of their steam cleaners. My house also smells worst then before. Would not recommend at all.

The 2 ppl here cleaning could act professionally, I don’t need to hear about his personal life and especially him, not her. She was trying to get her “ boss” to shut...but I don’t want ppl in my house cleaning and hear about their personal life, it was upsetting for us and I don’t want him back here, he was the boss here, training her and watching her and I think that part was ok and good. When they’re in someone’s house cleaning carpet they need to shut up and be professional.

Carpets look great, not hard and crunchy when you walk on it. The couch looks and smells great now too. Everyone was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

I've used Zerorez three times, just recently had my family room furniture and large wool area rug cleaned, Tanner did a wonderful job, it looks like new again! Also have had my wall to wall carpeting cleaned by them in the past, their cleaning lasts so much longer than any other Carpet Company I've used in the past. I did have them clean my Travertine tile in my bathrooms, but that wasn't as successful. Jane Budrow
