The person who did the work was fine. He seemed to take extra time to spray the stained areas a little more than the rest. He was careful and took his time. No complaints.
The overall cleaning was good I guess but many spots did not come out. I purposely left some spots that I would have normally cleaned just to see if they would be gone. Most were not. After the carpet dried, I took my own citris cleaner and cleaned several of the spots and they came right out. I will clean the remainder myself.

I like everything about your service. I knew exactly when your serviceman was coming. He was very professional and did a great job. I would recommend your company. The carpets came out like new even tho they are 10 yrs old.

The technician was very friendly and professional. They do not use harsh soap on the carpets .

My rugs are very clean and don't smell like chemicals. This was very important because my wife and I have custody of my granddaughter who has a tracheostomy. So breathing clean air is a requirement in the house.

After an initial problem Zerorez sent back a crew and Evan and his trainee were excellent. They explained the problem, how they would resolve it and described the process along the way. They did a great job and I was very satisfied.
The sign of a quality company is how they handle problems that may arise. Every company has the occaisional problem and Zerorez proved their quality in recovering the situation and exceeding expectations.

Great job on the carpet!!!

We have only been in our new home for 2 months and weve already had Zerorez out twice once when we first took possession and once after all the renovations were complete. Made our carpets looks phenomenal both times ! You wont regret calling them out !
